Edible Skinny hits 10,000 Hits in May! It was a little over 3 years ago that Edible Skinny started (this was when we were getting 30 hits a month and they were all from my super supportive Mom). Since then I've been all over the world, examining and exploring.

It's been quite an adventure story of the everyday and exotic and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of my Auh-Mazing readers!
